Back to hockey
When I applied for a student job at my current employer - about 6 yrs ago - I came with a nice black eye resulting from a crash during inline hockey practise. About a year ago a friend of a friend turned me on to the lectures of Buddhist monk Ajahn Brahm. I found the lecture on No Complaints quite relaxing.

Running
I did go for a run on Tuesday night. Due to various degree of sickness, scheduling and other things it has been 2 weeks since the last run. It was already 10.30pm but still, I had a shitty day. Managed about 2 rounds less then usual, I should get the Nike+ set back up and work on the setlist again.
